Best way to advertise vacant rental properties in LA?

I'm curious to see where everyone has had the most success advertising your rental units. Westside Rentals? Craigslist? etc? I'm looking for good tenants for a nicely renovated property in LA.

You should list on all possible websites. Zillow, Hotpads, craigslist etc. A majority are free and if it's your personal property you should expose it everywhere you can. If you hire an agent or property manager you should expect the same.. so if you are doing it yourself, then you should work as though your income depends on it.
