Hi All,
I am an investor from San Francisco! I have been on BiggerPockets for a couple of months now and have met some incredible people. So thought I should start a local discussion group where other investors from the area can connect with each other and share their experiences and hopefully build relationships for future projects.

I've started meeting other like minded individuals on the weekend as I have a very demanding but enjoyable full time job but the goal is to have my REI replace it in the very near future. Cheers!

I am an out of state investor located in San Ramon. I started a meetup as of this month in Dublin/San Ramon. I will schedule one meetup every month and I also setup 1 webinar every month. If anyone is interested in meetup/webinar; please PM me. Good luck everyone!

I was in the same boat been to a lot of meetups everyone says Deals are here :) there are some meetups in which they just keep talking about them self I hate them. started meeting with like-minded people regularly. and create a tribe. Please ping me if interested. no formal agenda no master no guru :) just learning as a peer.

1. always try to sale
2. it always talk about how great there are

i guess it works to get tour name out there
Hope you can all make it. We are not pitching anything just want to get people together for a casual happy hour. The connections you make in person are much better than online.
