SmartBnB/Hospitable vs. OwnerRez

Becky Plaza Peace
Posted

Hello,

Just getting started with our first STR property, and have looked at using both Hospitable (formerly SmartBnB) and OwnerRez. Both look good to me, but I was wondering if anyone had first hand experience using one versus the other? I'm on the fence.

Thank you!

@Becky Plaza Peace Hospitable could definitely help you with that. They are also rolling out a Direct Booking function in the next few weeks, so that is something we are excited about. We are in the same boat (full time jobs and planning to expand).
