Considering STR in Vacaville, CA, while out-of-state

Hi folks, 

I am new in the Biggerpockets community and would love to connect with some STR owners in the Vacaville area. We are out of state, and have never managed a STR before. I have been doing my own online research, and have discovered the enemy method mentioned on other posts, but first hand experience is invaluable. • What is your occupany pertenage like?

• Does it seem like most of your guest are vacationers, or buisness?
