Airbnb cleaners near Seattle

Hello, there! This is my first post, so forgive my potentially poor BP etiquette. ;)

I own 2 studio apartment Airbnb units just south of Seattle (in Des Moines, WA, to be specific), and I'm trying to figure out how to hire a cleaner. How do the "Airbnb arbitrage" people do this? Are there any companies that will do it for a reasonable price? What has worked for people?
