Hi BP,

I am looking to connect with a few people who have experience or knowledge investing in short term rentals in Florida. A partner of mine have been targeting/researching the the Orlando area, but would love to get some opinions on other appealing markets as well as business models and feasibility from a distance.

Thanks!

Hi @Nate Monson I would be happy to talk to you from the perspective of a Realtor®. I have and am currently helping several BPr's with the purchase of STR here in Orlando. There are lots of variables and conditions to consider and we can talk thru risk vs rewards, potential income of different types of properties, timing, budget, and all the fun stuff.

Feel free to reach out anytime! Good luck.
