Getting ready to list my STR in Miami
I am very excited on starting this new adventure and as a newbie I have many questions. I feel I have educated myself on this enough to start acting.
When getting a Certificate of Use from the City, which Airbnb requires, I’m supposed to order an inspection. What type of elements are checked during this inspection? And If I’m leasing this property what type of document should I get from landlord to show proof of consent to sublease, and if this is even checked off on this inspection?
I appreciate your feedback on this, wouldn’t want to delay process if I’m not ready for this inspection.
