Short Term Renta (STR) Miami

Anyone been looking at short term rentals (STR) in Miami lately?

I’m particularly curious about the Natiivo building and the up and coming tech ecosystem in the Downtown, Wynwood, and Brickell neighborhoods. Miami Beach seems to be inoperable.

Hi Luiz, I actually have direct contact with the main project Directors that are managing it, and work directly with owners.  I am in the Short Term vacation Rental industry.
