How busy is your market in peak season?

My town has a population of 9500.  There are 5000 traveling refinery workers here for a maintenance project.  Obviously they are all staying in a 60 mile radius at any available motel.

One of my tenants complained that when he got off work on Sunday he went by Subway for dinner.  They had run out of meat.  All they had were vegetarian subs.  So he went to Pizza Hut.  They had run out of toppings.  All they had was cheese pizza.  He had PB&J sandwiches for dinner.
