Sevierville Electrician and Furniture source recommendations

We've had our STR cabin a few months now and learned a ton. Actually spending our first few days in it ourselves over Spring Break next week - we're excited about that, and plan to publish a comprehensive home manual for our guests based on our own experiences.

1. Recently we had a 2nd instance of our 2nd bedroom being without power for a newly arrived guest.  After walking them through resetting the breaker we resolved to have an electrician visit and deal with the issue... which MAY be related to a 3 way switch setup in the 2nd bathroom that's not set up correctly.    Anyone with STRs in the Smokies have a dependable, awesome electrician they want to share? (PM me if you like!)

2. We knew we'd need to replace the easy chair in the living room due to peeling material on an armrest, so that's on tap. The sofa is NOT a sofa bed, and we want to accommodate groups up to 6, so that's on tap too.. more so after learning that at some point, the current sofa's wooden armature underneath was partially broken - ugh. (who jumps up and down on a sofa hard enough to break its bones??)... So we're looking for a set of a recliner and a sofa bed, or unmatched individual units.   Any pointers for places to shop that are budget friendly and work closely with rental market owners?
