Hello everyone, would be appreciative for any direction or feedback. What is your preferred condo size for vacation-rentals? Are there benefits to consistent bookings, price-margins, etc when searching bedrooms, bathrooms and square-footage...
We are looking at either 2 BR or 3 BR condo's in Scottsdale for vacation rentals.

Be careful with condos. Besides the added expense of HOAs, they often will not allow STRs, and even if they do, could change their bylaws on them at any time. Make sure you have a good exit strategy if you buy condos.
