Hey folks. 

Does anyone have experience applying the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) Strategy with short term rentals?

I'm in Philadelphia.PA and I've been hosting on Airbnb and other portals since 2012. I'm curious if there are lenders out there that are already doing refi on short term rentals.
