Short term rentals in Cincinnati
What is the current environment for short term rentals in the Cincinnati area?
Anyone know of any upcoming legislative moves that would help or hinder AirBNB landlords?
Are there any parts of town that are more or less friendly to short term rentals (I am specifically considering the Norwood area)?

Hello all - I am reviving this thread. Does anyone know how things are practically with regards to STR legislation or any zoning restrictions? I'll be in Columbus on Thursday (13 Feb) and Cincinnati on Friday (14 Feb). Would be interested in connecting with any investors or real estate professionals in both cities. Thanks!
