Interesting new company launched today that lends against investment property. Think of it as a HELOC for your investment properties.

Smaller banks that do portfolio loans and keep these in house are more likely than big banks to make these type of loans.

Yup, not really a new thing. We have a couple of portfolio lenders here that do the same thing.
