Is PriceLabs worth it

I don't make much on Airbnb($3k-4k) a month but my Airbnb is rented out at 92% occupancy rate which is great and get about $6k/yr more than what AirDNA states I am getting. I think I am pricing my unit pretty well with the high occupancy rate but not sure of the ROI if I purchased Pricelabs. I have had my Airbnb for 2 years now and it is a small condo 2bd/2ba so have been doing well since but not sure if this would make a difference.

Cheers,

Jason

I do not have direct experience with PL but we started with Beyond Pricing and now with RevMax.  We signed up because as we grew to 20+ units it got difficult to keep up with pricing trends and competition and it streamlined the process and it turned out we were leaving money on the table.  If I only had 1 unit and you have good stats, I am not sure it is worth it.  However, the cost for the 1 unit is probably something like $20 so it definitely could still be worth it with such a low bar to clear.
