Tech - Tech that makes running the biz simple from anywhere!

- Smart Locks

- Cameras

- My phone lol

Processes - Aka my standard operating procedures for...

- How trash is handled

- Cleaning procedures between each guest

- Ordering supplies

- Furnishing units
