STR Market BRRRR Strategy
Hi,
Looking into the STR strategy. Wondering if can work with the BRRRR Strategy,
What market will I be able to combine STR with BRRRR?
I would prefer Florida Beaches, but open to other markets ad well.
Thank you all.

Not a Florida beach, but I have seen some good results in St. Petersburg with the Air BnBRRRR strategy. I think the market still has a good amount of demand, and there isn't a ton of competition. Overall a solid ratio on this front.
