How to list multiple properties on Air BnB

Hey everyone,

I am struggling to get my Air BnB account setup as a property management company.  This is my first one so thanks for being patient with me!  I want to create an account with my property management company and have multiple listings but the system keeps prompting me to verify my identity with a government ID card (which I don't have as a property).  Do I have to co-host with my verified personal account?  How do I keep my listings separate and setup payout accounts for separate listings?  Since I am starting out, I only have my personal phone number for verification purposes and the website does not allow making multiple separate accounts with the same phone number.  Has anyone else done this?  It seems like the website really tries to lock down those trying to host as a business.

Thanks!

(EDIT)  I read through some other posts and may be able to figure something out.  Thank you everyone
