STR market near Bryce Canyon/Hatch Utah
I am new in the field of STR investing and have ben reading posts about strict STR regulations in the St. George/Washington/Hurricane area. So I am looking at other possible options one of which is town of Hatch just outside Bryce Canyon NP along Hwy 89 which is also close to Zion east entrance. I am looking for any insights or suggestions on if this is something worth considering.
