Hello group- thanks in advance for any and all advice. I am looking for financing for deals on STR's in Maui. Wondering if DSCR is an option or what other creative financing is available in Maui. Margins are tight and I want to make sure I know what options I may have. Thanks again

When purchasing a property in real estate, it is important to be familiar with the zoning regulations and association bylaws in the area. Although these rules can remain fairly static over time, it is always wise to double-check them before making any financial commitments. Real estate investors should understand that zoning laws and bylaws could change suddenly without warning, so staying informed of any updates or changes is essential. Knowing these guidelines will help ensure you are investing in a sound location.

By remaining aware of relevant zoning and bylaw codes, you can better protect your investments in real estate and make smarter decisions when choosing where to put your money. Investing wisely helps create a brighter future for all involved!
