If you are specifically interested in working in short term rentals i can almost 100% guarantee there is a short term rental operator in your market that does this very well, and that needs reliable help. I bet that manager or operator would love a driven person to teach and poor themselves into. Learning by doing is always going to get you there quicker. outside of that I always suggest looking into some phycology and mindset around investing and financial freedom, I myself have had most of my big unlocks when focusing on that kind of lesson rather than a tactical real estate lesson.
She has a STR boot camp here at Bp and also her book, Short Term Rental, Long Term Wealth. Her book is probably the cheapest, most impactful investment you can make in your STR journey.
