Hi Bigger Pockets community!  I'm a newbie in real estate investing.  I'd like to invest in a rental property (airbnb, househack, etc.) in the next 3-6 months. What are the best courses, books, mentors that will get me to my goal?  I'm ready to hustle!  Thank you so much for sharing.
