AIRDNA / MASHVISOR Competitors
Hoping to buy my first airbnb before the end of the year. I have tried AIRDNA for analysis, extremely expensive. MASHVISOR isn't super coherent for a newbie. Any good recommendations of semi affordable alternatives? I don't mind paying up to 100/mo but I don't know which market I am going to be in just yet.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Just do your own comps. Go on VRBO or AIR and find properties just like the one you are considering. That will tell you everything you need to know with actually accurate numbers....
