Vacation rental property management contract help needed

Hello fellow hosts/managers, We are a new vacation property management company. 

We are looking to draft a rental agreement between our management company & property owners (clients whose property we will manage) 

Any help would be appreciated. (If someone can share their rental contract in California - that would be very helpful)
