Sample Partnership Agreements?
My wife and I will be partnering with another couple on a STR where they will be bringing the down payment and closing costs and we will be bringing the sweat equity and the deal. We fully intended to have a legal agreement that spells out the terms of the partnership but I was curious if anyone has a template or sample agreement that I could look at to begin familiarizing myself. If so, could you point me in the right direction?
