Co-host Contract Agreement for Airbnb

We are looking to possibly allow someone to manage an Airbnb within our property . They would be cohosting and running the show. I would like to write up a contract agreement so that the terms are clear but I have never done this before.
Can anyone provide me with any information on what terms you have set, the percentage you pay the cohost, what you have included in the contract and what you require of them?
