Looking to connect with WILSON - NASH area investors
Reaching out to my BP community! I'm a small multi-family investor in my home town area, Wilson-Nash County NC area.
I've just put my 4th property under contract... but this one is slated to be my 1st STR property.
Would love to connect with any fellow investors of any kind in the area, but if you happen to be in the STR space, then even better!

North Carolina is a very green and lush state. We have plenty of farming land and tons of trees around these parts.
Wilson is a small rural city in eastern NC, with about 50k people. It's locate approximately 40 miles east of the capital city of Raleigh, and about 40 miles west of Greenville NC (Home of ECU Pirates). It's also right off the I-95 interstate corridor which brings transit from all over the East Coast.
Wilson is not a very touristy location, but it does bring some soccer & baseball travel teams through every year. I actually don't think this area is a "GREAT" area for STR, however... the property I'm buying happens to be a condo in a great side of town less than half-mile from the regional hospital. We get plenty of traveling nurses, so I figured a property in the hospital area would be my best shot at trying an STR in my back yard. So when this property came on the market I jumped on it. The numbers do work for LTR, so I figured why not? Worse I can do is to convert it back to LTR... and thus my STR journey began!
