Short Term Rental in busy months, monthly rentals in slow months
While analyzing deals where I live on the gulf coast, it looks like the short term rentals do really well in the summer, sometimes don't estimate enough to even cover the mortgage payments in the winter months. So my main question is, does anybody do airbnb or vrbo in the summer months when it's most profitable and do a medium term furnished rental in the winter?
Thanks in advance!
