This month, the Central Jersey REI group is hosting a tremendous event with a phenomenal speaker on the power of utilizing a self directed IRA. Learn how to take back the control of your retirement and your financial future.

In a world where uncertainty has become the norm, how can we prepare for a secure financial future? Since their inception, IRAs and retirement plans have served as powerful tools for wealth building, estate planning, and tax savings. In this session, we will highlight the power of using self-directed IRAs for real estate investing, its benefits to both individual investors and investment sponsors, and the implications of new tax legislation for financial freedom and investor choice.

Brittany Melville, Director of Marketing and Sales at Next Generation Trust Company

Brittany applies her extensive experience in direct sales, marketing and customer relationship management at Next Generation. In her role, she develops and oversees the implementation of our marketing strategy across all media and works with our team to support sales initiatives.

Brittany’s accomplishments throughout the years include designing and executing lead generation strategies across multiple channels, developing and nurturing multi-million dollar sales pipelines, enhancing digital marketing outreach, creating educational content, conducting market and competitive analyses, training sales personnel and improving internal processes to support sales.
Brittany graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in marketing and business management from Boston College, and is certified as a Self-Directed IRA Professional (SDIP).
