Come have a beer(or your favorite drink), get some food and network with other local investors. This is a great opportunity for new as well as seasoned investors to network and build lasting relationships. People from all areas of Real Estate are encouraged to come regardless of experience level. Residential, Commercial, Wholesalers, Contractors, Flippers, Real Estate Agents/Brokers, Property Managers, Lenders, and Rental Property Owners.

This month, we will have a panel discussion to go over a question that is probably on a lot of people's minds: "How do I invest and make money in today's real estate market?". Demand is high, prices are high - meeting the 1% rule can be challenging or impossible using traditional methods. Flipping can be difficult since you're competing with an unprecedented number of other buyers. What strategies work?

Come join us and find out! We have a great panel of real estate experts from a variety of different backgrounds who will each share their perspectives on what it takes to make it in today's market.

Please note - the restaurant is charging approximately $10 per person (you'll just pay them at the end of the night). This covers the pizza and pasta buffet they are setting up for us.

Our panelists are listed below:

Joshua Jensen - Joshua Jensen is a Real Estate investor and landlord who has amassed over 150 units in North Carolina, and operates both long and short term rentals. He is learning to listen to the market and stop forcing deals that don't work.

Dawn Brenengen - Dawn is a real estate broker and dabbler into all things RE - property management, long term rentals, flipping, private lending. She lives in Raleigh and works all over the Triangle and Fayetteville.

Mitch Miller - Mitch is originally from Indiana and has a working background in software consulting. He has a portfolio of small multifamilies and recently got into Apartment Syndication where he has acquired over 1,000 units over 5 apartments.

Shelby Osborne - Shelby Osborne is the founder of the Five Pillars Team at eXp Realty, founder of “Pints & Properties” REI Meetup, and owner of a 74-door portfolio which consists mainly of BRRRRnBs.

Robert Shortsleeves - Bob is a wholesaler and real estate investor who recently retired from the military. He has acquired 24 units and has closed over 60 wholesale deals so far this year.
