Most of us know that it's important to build passive income streams and owning rental property is tried and true method to make that happen. But landlording is a lot more than buying a house, renting it out collecting checks in your mailbox. Join the central austin real estate investors this thursday 10/7 as we dive into some of the nuances of landlording and property management. The meeting will take place at Front Page and we will be gathering in the common area adjacent to the bar.
