Hahaha you can take it hahah .  I Had it as What the PHO, is Real estate, previously .  ( cos I was hosting the events on a Pho Restaurant, But now I'm changing it to different locations...  So Chill feels more convenient, because my main intention is to have  Relax environment  and just enjoy , network and talk about real estate.
