Greensboro, Winston-Salem meetup in person and Virtual

Hello BiggerPockets friends in the Triad area (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point) of North Carolina. My business parter, Jason, and I will be in the area looking at our 4 properties that we purchased there this year and we figured that we would do a meetup while we were in town.  

We specialize in lease options and have about 60 lease option properties in Arizona.  We also own 5 mobile home parks and a few small to medium multi-family apartments.  

In this meetup we will be going over the properties that we purchased in North Carolina and how we are applying the lease option strategy there.  We hold meetups in Arizona and regularly get over 40 investors in person (before the pandemic) and online.  

We are looking for a location that could accommodate about 10 people that had a good internet connection where we could also broadcast the meetup via zoom.  So if you know of a place that could accommodate us, please reach out to up through our assistant and let us know.
