Hey Everyone,

Last meet up was great and we were able to really dig in and talk about all things real estate. This upcoming meet up will be very similar. We won't have much structure yet as I assume we will have more than enough things to talk about. One thing we will do is bring back the deal deep dive. I don't have anyone for it yet so if you're interested please reach out to me. Thanks in advance and I hope to see you all there.

1. Meet up will take place in the lot behind our office so if its cold, be sure to dress accordingly
2. Please bring a mask in the event that you have to go inside our office to use the bathroom.
3. If you feel sick, don't be that guy. Stay home
