Hi Everyone, 

We cancelled our 3 monthly in person meetups in on the Northshore (Lowell, Salem, Woburn) due to everything that is going on. However I thought it might be good to try to keep these going with a virtual meeting. I'll be prepared to answer some of the FAQ that we've been getting due to Covid-19 and how it is impacting the market currently and I'll have a Real Estate Attorney and/or Lender on the call to answer specific questions as it relates to those. 

Some of the FAQ I plan to answer are:
- What's going on in the Real Estate Market now? 
- What do you think will happen with collecting Rents and Evictions? 
- Are investors still buying properties? 
- Are deals that were under contract falling apart?
- Is now a good time to sell? 
- Should I refinance?
