Consider this your personal invitation to join the New Jersey FIRE (Financial Independence Retire Early) starters. This meetup is focused purely on financial independence. We go through topics such as: travel rewards through credit cards, best frugal tactics, debt repayment, retirement, index investing, real estate, and many other cool life hacks.
This meetup is featuring Sunny Burns. Sunny Burns is 29 and works Full-Time as a Project Engineer for the Department of Defense. He is happily married with three amazing kids. Sunny is founder of FamVestor.com, a blog and podcast where he shares about financial independence and creating strong families. Together with his wife, they own 3 rental properties with a total of 11 units worth $1.75 million dollars and bringing in over $150,000 annual gross rent. He enjoys the simpler things in life; like listening to books, running, biking, playing ultimate frisbee, and going camping with his family.
Come out and learn how he and his family reached Financial Independence with a combination of real estate, frugal lifestyle, AirBNB, podcast, blog, car flipping, etc.
