Marblestone was founded in March 2013 after Jared Kott was fired from his duties from a fortune 500 Insurance Company. Kott and his business partner hit the ground running in the distressed neighborhood of South Chicago. The first rehab began in August 2013 and it was a brick 2 flat which was filled with squatters, mold, and danger – Kott and General Manager, Carl Damon, saw nothing but opportunity from this point forward and group hasn’t stopped since.
