This month we will be Analyzing Real Deals and Structuring Offers.
A good Wholesaler must be able to analyze deals quickly and put together good offers that will be accepted by the seller and still have value for a buyer. We look at real leads and put together offers on them. By the time you leave this meeting, you will feel so much more confident in making offers. You do not want to miss this opportunity!

Time: 7:00 pm (get there by 6:30 pm to ensure you get a seat)
