Join us for happy hour at Dry Dock Brewery in Aurora to network, and learn how to join the ranks of many other military real estate investors. We'll have a special presentation from Drew Morris, Marine veteran, now top Realtor in the Denver metro. He'll discuss how to transition into a full time agent, how to properly do a comparable analysis on a property, how to look for growth trends in a market, some of his systems and process for building his team, and will answer any questions about the real estate field. We will also allow time to meet and greet fellow investors. This is free for all active duty, veterans, and their families. Feel free to invite others that are not affiliated with the military as well.
