There is a group of us who have for years sought New investors to join us in Newburgh.

Reason? We love newburgh.  It’s a great place to invest.  One day it won’t be known for the highest murder rate in NYS.

That’s an old stat. Things have changed.  Newburgh is rebuilding.

Kind of like the rap bed Stuy had when I bought my houses there many years ago for mid six figures

We still have some heavily discounted distressed real estate in Newburgh NY.

The brick rowframes of Newburgh lured me out of Bed Stuy years ago.  And it was a good thing.  Sure prices in Brooklyn are up.  But not as much as Newburgh. Just kidding.  Well, they really are up a lot. There is along way to go, look at beacon. That’s where Newburgh will be in 5-10 years IMO.

Anyway looking forward to visiting with all my old Bed Stuy/NYC investors.  Just keep in mind I’m going to tell you to  to come to newburgh like I told you to goto Bed Stuy if you weren’t already owning there.

Great initiative @John Hickey. I'm looking forward to making new connections and hearing the latest on Newburgh investing. Thank you, Dwane and the other guys for putting this together in BK. Will see you there.

Regards,

Miguel
