We are coming off two very strong meetings, let's keep that momentum going! More and more investors are closing deals and working together to help grow their business. Are you looking to flip, buy and hold, wholesale? Condos, houses, apartments? This is a networking event for investors at all levels and in many different niches. Have you been investing in real estate for years? Have you yet to close on your first deal? No matter where you fall, there will be something for you. We are continuing to grow out group so come down and enjoy networking and good conversation with like minded investors. We will be meeting at Sliders Grill & Bar in Wallingford at 7pm on Thursday July 25th.

Started real estate Fall 2018 and should have been sooner! Closed my first two deals this week and have plenty of rentals done. I have been reading books, listening to podcasts (obviously why I'm here), and picking brains of agents in my office who invest in multi-families. Very eager to learn the steps to building my real estate business and turning that profit into investment properties. Glad I joined right before this meetup so I can experience one and get to know some fellow CT BP members!
