No stranger to the TXRC Timothy is one of our most popular speakers and we are glad to have him back again! Timothy Church is a Realtor and real estate investor down on Galveston Island. His portfolio includes a combination of short term rentals, mixed use, and a commercial building. He uses his knowledge to help other investors find great vacation rentals on the island and is beginning to syndicate bigger deals.

The Texas Realty Club networking group was founded to provide a face-to-face social platform for real estate investors to share knowledge, resources, and opportunities. Our mission is to educate, encourage, and call to action its members to contribute to one another’s successes.

We do two things – 1) a monthly workshop-style meeting where we have guest speakers followed by open discussion, 2) a monthly social where we gather for a more casual networking experience. Everyone's welcome!

@Jonathan Halverson We live in DFW but have taken a summer trip with the family to Galveston for 4 years running. It’s a great town! I’d love to add an office down there.

Next time I’m in Houston or Galveston I’ll try to drop by a meeting.
