We're hosting an informational session on the changes the rental industry will be facing in the next 15 years. Millennial and Gen Z are forcing changes in the rental industry that go beyond how we advertise and communicate. Their experiences and norms are creating shifts in the rental market that we have never seen before. What we all knew about amenities and priorities is shifting. How we evaluate our tenants is shifting.
Our goal is to make this a regular event at our office. We want to facilitate real investors west of Kenosha having a group to join and come together at.
Our speaker will be our CEO Corina Eufinger. Corina is a veteran rental investor with her finger on the pulse of the rental industry. She is the Chairman of the Wisconsin Apartment Association and currently operates as a real estate coach conducting one on one and group coaching.
