    Awesome! Advance welcome to CA! We will be continuing our meetups our first one was great, there was great people that attended it was small about 8 people looking forward to seeing it grow! Keep in touch I will be sure to let you know of our next one.

    Hello Everyone, I am new to BP. I live in the High Desert, Hesperia to be exact. I would be interested in joining a meet up group if you guys got one started. I haven't made any deals yet but am getting very close to pulling the trigger. Hoping to meet up soon.

    as investor a property is always an interest. Its all in the numbers as we both know. Any specific reason you're wanting to unload?

    @Jared Crouch what’s the address of the SVL property? I live in SVL, I always have my eyes open but unfortunately the area isn’t doing as well as of late. The quality of tenants that have recently come in has not been the greatest. Just a few weeks ago someone tried breaking into my home at 2am unfortunately. I look forward to hearing back
