We had a great time at the meet up in January talking about some of our ups and downs of 2018. This month's meet up group will be very specific on actionable steps on how to get started with doing a lease option property. We will go over:
- Getting Funding set up (both long term and short term funding) before you find a deal
- Finding properties that meet your investing goals
- Analyzing a property and determining if it is a good deal
- Making the offer and inspecting the property
- Managing contractors
- Advertising the property
- Signing the lease and option agreements
- and Managing the property
