Hey Fayetteville, North Carolina investors! @Matt Faircloth , author of Raising Private Capital, and I will be in town on Thursday evening and would love to host a meetup at our hotel. Whether you are just getting started or are an experienced investor, we would love to meet you and talk real estate!
We are looking to make more contacts with local investors, realtors, or other real estate professionals who know the Fayetteville and Southeast North Carolina markets. There's no formal agenda, just show up and network!
At 6pm we will meet inside the restaurant at the Hilton Garden Inn Fayetteville/ Fort Bragg at 4025 Sycamore Dairy Road, Fayetteville, NC. Please respond to this thread if you plan on coming so we have a general idea of the headcount!
