Jeff has over 20 years of experience as a licensed professional engineer and construction manager. Jeff founded NewPath Properties in 2009 during the “great recession”. Since 2009 he has completed over 200 real estate transactions. Jeff just recently partnered with Zach and Stephanie Betters to create Better Path Homes, which focuses on bringing joy to others and making an impact in the community through real estate.
