You have spoken and I listened! The monthly meetup for August is all about multi-families! We will have a local commercial residential expert teaching us the basics of running numbers on small multi-families. We will also have two local bankers to talk about commercial loans, how they are different from residential loans, and how to prepare yourself to apply for a commercial loan.
We will meet Monday, August 6th at 6:00 pm at the new 1st Class Real Estate Resource Center at 831 Seahawk Ct in Virginia Beach.
