    Hi!

    Is this meetup specific to surrounding collar suburbs of Chicago, or do you all talk about approaches with Chicago MF buildings too?

    Hey Brad- 

    We talk about approaches for multifamily aplicable anywhere- not just Chicago. My focus is actually Kansas City. Tonight we have a 1031 exchange expert coming to talk. Last month we had a self directed IRA rep speak.
