Hi,

My partner and I are newbies and we are going to invest in the Tampa area. We are visiting Tampa for a scouting trip Feb 17-19 to get a better feel for the neighborhoods. We'd like to host a meet and greet with other investors, wholesalers, agents etc in the area. Any ideas on where to host a meet and greet? Anyone interested in meeting up?

Thanks,

Veronica

@Veronica Zayas I am interested. I am a real estate agent, but I do some investing as well-specifically am invested in 3 land deals set to have construction completed by the end of this year. We can meet at Armature Works? Its one of the hottest new spots in town.

@Veronica Zayas my fiancee and I would definitely be interested in joining. We moved to Tampa about a month ago and already have a couple properties under contract, but would love to meet more real estate professionals in the area.

Hey @Lucas LeBlanc @Asad Shaikh, nice to "meet" you. I'm @Veronica Zayas 's partner and will be heading to Tampa with her.  @Asad Shaikh Armature Works looks awesome. Do you recommend a specific location / venue there that we should meet at, keeping in mind it's on a Saturday and crowds may be an issue?

    Excited about this meetup!

    Excited about this meetup!

It just opened so we could play it by ear, meet in the central courtyard and select the location from there.

Hey all, just a reminder about this weekend's meetup. We'll see you Saturday at 3pm in the courtyard at Armature works - 1910 N Ola Ave, Tampa, FL 33602. If you think you might run late, just download the BP app on your phone and we'll let you know where we end up.

All, I want to apologize for last-minute cancellation on my part. Had a family obligation pop up and can't make it :(

There will be more to come!

Hey guys, Since so many of us couldn’t make it tonight, it’s probably best to cancel tonight. We are leaving the St Pete/Tampa area on Monday, if anyone would like to meet let me know. Thanks, Veronica
