We are Dayton Real Estate investors. Obviously, we buy, sell, wholesale, flip, manage and rent houses. We are also an outstanding resource for finding Money, Property Managers, Contractors, Deals, and more. We help people succeed in the real estate business by promoting teamwork.
There is plenty of real estate up for grabs in this area, enough for everyone! We want you to succeed, and be successful real estate investing. Networking meetings are the way to find great deals, get connected with the right people, and become responsible housing providers.
We gather to share knowledge, along with positive experiences and horror stories, to pass around some deals, enjoy great food and drinks (on your own, with generous tips to our dedicated servers, please) pass around some deals, and have a few laughs.
Some of us will be just back from the OREIA Convention, so I'm sure there will be plenty of discussion from that event also.
